Regular inspections prevent problems and keep products in good condition
Regular inspection work
For the purpose of preventive maintenance, we carry out the following tasks:
・Checking the operating status, investigating and checking for any abnormalities
・Cleaning and inspecting contact and moving parts
・Inspecting and replacing regular inspection parts
・Investigating deterioration and friction parts and carrying out preventive maintenance
・Inspecting the operation of each mechanism and checking its accuracy
Generally, no maintenance fees are incurred during the maintenance contract period, except in special cases.
*Consumables and accessories such as spindles and collets are subject to a fee
Reliable support in case of emergency.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will dispatch a service technician as a priority.
Emergency maintenance work
When a breakdown occurs, we will dispatch a technician as a priority and carry out emergency maintenance work to repair the problem. If you believe emergency maintenance is necessary, please contact our call center with a description of the breakdown.
As a general rule, we will dispatch a technician to handle the problem within 48 hours (based on our business days) of receiving the call.

Monday to Friday 9:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 17:00
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
*Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days designated by the company are generally closed.
This helps prevent unexpected expenses for customers.

・The contract price includes labor and transportation costs.
・A separate quote will be provided for remote islands.
・Additional costs will be incurred if work outside of business hours or overnight stays are required.
・If you do not renew your contract midway and sign a new contract, a separate refresh maintenance fee will be charged.
・The maintenance contract period is up to 5 years after the product purchase.

About renewal procedures
We will notify you of the expiration date of your maintenance contract one to two months before the end of your contract and ask you to confirm your intention to continue the contract.
If you wish to continue your maintenance contract, please fill out the necessary information on the maintenance contract renewal application page on DGSHAPE Portal and reply.
