Maintenance contract terms
It can always be used in a stable state.
Regular inspections prevent problems and keep products in good condition
Regular inspection work
For the purpose of preventive maintenance, we carry out the following tasks:
・Checking the operating status, investigating and checking for any abnormalities
・Cleaning and inspecting contact and moving parts
・Inspecting and replacing regular inspection parts
・Investigating deterioration and friction parts and carrying out preventive maintenance
・Inspecting the operation of each mechanism and checking its accuracy
Generally, no maintenance fees are incurred during the maintenance contract period, except in special cases.
*Consumables and accessories such as spindles and collets are subject to a fee
Reliable support in case of emergency.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will dispatch a service technician as a priority.
Emergency maintenance work
When a breakdown occurs, we will dispatch a technician as a priority and carry out emergency maintenance work to repair the problem. If you believe emergency maintenance is necessary, please contact our call center with a description of the breakdown.
As a general rule, we will dispatch a technician to handle the problem within 48 hours (based on our business days) of receiving the call.

Pay-Per-Visit Service Plan for Out of Warranty Machines by DGSDI
Maintenance contract fees
The Pay-Per-Visit Service Plan will be on a chargeable basis for clients having out-of-warranty machines and will cover the following expenses:

- The above expenses shared are indicative and provided only to give an idea of the costs incurred during a service visit to locations outside Gurgaon and Delhi. The client will bear the actual expenses during the scheduled visit.
- The Service Charge of Rs. 15,000/- is fixed and applicable for both local and outstation visits.
- Clients may also choose to ship their machine to our Gurgaon office. In such cases, the Service Charge will be Rs. 10,000/-. All shipping costs for sending and returning the machine will be borne by the client.
- The Service Charge does not include the cost of any spare part replacements. Any parts requiring replacement during the visit will be charged separately.
