Service Policy

We provide our own unique customer support service to ensure that our products can be used safely for a long period of time. From consultation before product introduction, to product inspection and maintenance after introduction, to resolving questions during use, and providing the latest information, we provide detailed support from the customer’s perspective.

Our call center handles technical questions and product-related inquiries with the support of a trained team. Please note that, depending on the time of day, phone lines may be busy and reaching us by call could take longer. For your convenience, we also accept and respond to inquiries via email.

Manufacturer's warranty and support period after production ends

Manufacturer's warranty

All products manufactured and sold by our company and Roland DG Corporation come with a fixed warranty period (usually one or more years from the date of purchase). Any malfunctions that occur during this period under normal use will be free of charge, except in cases that fall under conditions separately specified by our company. (Please note that there may be a charge based on the warranty regulations.)

Support period after production ends

For discontinued products, the support period is generally six or seven years after the end of production. However, please note that this does not apply in cases where support is hindered, such as when it is difficult to obtain maintenance parts.
