How We Began
Like many entrepreneurial ventures, R.A. Dental Laboratory traces its humble beginnings to the years of hands-on experience of its owner and founder, Mr. Modesto “Manding” Abillon. Initially a self-taught dental technician, Mr. Abillon is now a certified Dental Technologist who rose through the ranks thanks to his insatiable desire to learn new processes and techniques, coupled with sheer determination and a will to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds.
In 1991, with the unwavering support of his family, Mr. Abillon decided to establish his laboratory in a leased property along Kalentong, Manila. Since then, the company has dedicated resources to training more technicians and acquiring additional equipment to accommodate a growing client base. R.A. Dental Laboratory eventually moved to a company-owned five-story complex in San Juan, Manila, and later established a branch in Pulilan, Bulacan, particularly to serve the needs of dentists in the central and northern Luzon regions. To this day, Mr. Modesto Abillon and his family continue to be the driving force behind R.A. Dental Laboratory, consistently exploring new avenues for growth.
