End of product production and support period
1. Product End of Life and Support Period Information
In principle, support for discontinued products will be provided for six or seven years after the end of production. However, please note that this does not apply in cases where support is hindered, such as when it is necessary to obtain maintenance parts.
*The support period for the DWX-4, DWX-52D, and MR-1 will begin when domestic sales end.
