On-Site Service & Repair

Regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or not, if a malfunction occurs, we will handle it within the scope of our responsibility.

About on-site repairs

For our products (mainly large models) that have a warranty that states they are eligible for on-site repairs, we will dispatch a technician to repair and adjust the product in the unlikely event of a malfunction. In principle, on-site repairs will be handled within five business days from the day after the call is received. However, depending on the nature of the malfunction, it may take longer.

 

On-site repair fees

  • *For work outside of working hours, an additional fee will be charged.

  • *If overnight stays are required, a separate accommodation fee will be charged.

  • *Repair fees will be billed via the dealer at a later date or paid in cash to the technician on the day of the repair work.

  • *If multiple units are repaired on the same day at the same location, the basic labor fee for the second unit and beyond will be 31,000 yen (34,100 yen including tax).
Notes regarding support period

Please note that we may refuse to provide on-site repair services for products whose support period has expired. Please refer to the following link page for details on the support period for each product.
