How did you discover DGSHAPE brand?
Initially, we discovered DGSHAPE through the web, particularly on Facebook. DGSHAPE’s extensive communication efforts helped us perceive not only the value of the brand, but also the sense of belonging to a supportive community.

When did you decide to digitize your laboratory, and what motivated that decision?
We initially began with a scanner and outsourced our work to a milling center. As our business grew, we evaluated the costs and realized that investing in a milling machine would soon allow us to break even. Additionally, the tax incentives made the decision more feasible and confident. It wasn’t just an economic decision; it represented a significant turning point for us, bringing numerous benefits.
We also chose the DWX-52DCi because its automatic disc changer (with capacity for 6 discs) allows us to schedule our work and operate the milling machine overnight. This has given us much more free time, increased flexibility in managing orders, and a significant boost in our profit margins.
How did you determine which milling machine to choose?
We had been following you online for some time and came across a Facebook ad promoting a ‘virtual demo.’ The ad invited us to stay at home and discover how digitizing our workshop could simplify our work and improve our efficiency. I recall seeing an image of a couch, which caught my attention. I left my contact information on social media to schedule the virtual demo.
The demo was conducted via web and streaming videoconference, and I was actually sitting on my couch at home. During the session, we had the opportunity to ask many questions and receive detailed explanations about materials and other aspects. Ultimately, we decided to purchase a DWX-52DCi.
Why did you opt for a virtual demo instead of visiting one of our showrooms?
Time is extremely valuable to us as entrepreneurs. Spending two days visiting showrooms and attending demos would have been a significant commitment, so we greatly appreciated the convenience of an online option. With so many brands to consider, a virtual demo saved us considerable time and effort.
Moreover, the virtual demo allowed us to interact directly with knowledgeable, professional representatives—not automated systems. They introduced us to the company, demonstrated the CAD software and open system, and performed live milling demonstrations via the web. They also guided us through the showroom virtually, presented various opportunities, and advised us on the best options based on our specific needs.
