DGSHAPE Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Roland DG Corporation and a leading provider of digital fabrication tools worldwide, today announced the discontinuation of its DWINDEX2 software, with technical support for the product ending on December 31, 2022.
DWINDEX2 users are encouraged to migrate to DGSHAPE Cloud to receive access to Insights software, which provides the latest DGSHAPE device management and monitoring services. To learn more about Insights, view the webinar or visit the page at dgshape.com.
Access to DGSHAPE Cloud is available for all DWX-52 Series, DWX-53DC, and DWX-42W device users. To migrate to DGSHAPE Cloud, users need to have installed the latest VPanel software, available through the DGSHAPE support page. Users enter their DGSHAPE Account credentials in the VPanel Settings panel, under the IoT or DGSHAPE Cloud tab. Free DGSHAPE Account sign up is available here. Users can access DGSHAPE Insights anytime, using their DGSHAPE Account credentials to log in from their mobile or PC web browser at insights.dgshapecloud.com.
