This Privacy Policy is applicable to individual to whom the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies.

DGSHAPE Corporation (“DGSHAPE”), as a controller personal information it processes, is committed to safeguarding the privacy of the individuals whose personal data it processes, including our website visitors. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, share and use your personal information and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

The personal information we may collect, store and use about our website visitors, customers, DGSHAPE dealers, contacts, service engineers, amongst others (“you”) broadly falls into the following categories:

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. After submitting your request, we may ask you to provide proof of your identity to confirm your details.
