The optimized tray shape and 3mm or 4mm roughing tool reduce material costs and milling time.

A temporary bond can be used to fix carded teeth for test fittings.

Removable Denture Workflow

Manual work time: 25 mins
Milling times: 3hrs 15 mins*

*Milling time includes sockets milling. Milling time varies according to denture size and DWX model.

Set teeth easily after milling sockets into the tray, prior to polymerization.

Then, complete the workflow to produce a fully finished denture. The resulting bond is both extremely strong and yields a more natural looking product.

DK2-53 is the Denture Kit for the DWX-53DC, the latest DGSHAPE device which features strengthened rigidity and a newly designed spindle for high performance denture milling. 4mm roughing tool reduces milling time.

DK2-53 is compatible with both the Denture Base workflow and the Removable Denture workflow.
