Users will have access to all free applications in DGSHAPE CLOUD when they sign up for a DGSHAPE account at DGSHAPE.com. DGSHAPE CLOUD offers free applications focused on automating multiple dental production workflows, visualizing usage, and providing production and performance data for connected devices. In near future, DGSHAPE CLOUD will provide paid subscription-based inventory management application.
In addition, DGSHAPE’s DWINDEX2 is now DGSHAPE Insight, available for free through DGSHAPE CLOUD. DGSHAPE Insight boasts a new interface and user experience (UI/UX) as well as improved data graphs. With DGSHAPE Insight, customers have access to their milling center data from anywhere, anytime. Insight also includes a new troubleshooting protocol for customers to expedite support. Users now have access to recorded support videos as well as live image and a list of additional steps to help resolve any issues for their connected devices – all in one panel.
