For our products (mainly large models) that have a warranty that states they are eligible for on-site repairs, we will dispatch a technician to repair and adjust the product in the unlikely event of a malfunction. In principle, on-site repairs will be handled within five business days from the day after the call is received. However, depending on the nature of the malfunction, it may take longer.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>
