When did you start working for Roland DG?<\/strong><\/h2>

I’m Valeria, and I live in Italy.<\/p>

In the past, I worked in business incubators, helping digital startups launch their ideas on the market, from business plans to funding to digital marketing. Thanks to these activities and at Maker Faire, I met Roland DG and fell in love with this company.<\/p>

I started working at Roland DG in 2016, the first year as a project manager and direct sales, and then as a marketing manager.<\/p>

As a project manager, I started in the school and public administration sector in the company’s Italian business unit: choosing and managing retailers, organizing public tenders, and handling the direct sales part. I then started a project for the internal Academy, both digital printing and dental.<\/p>

As a marketing manager, I organized activities for the digital printing and dental sector, both digital and offline marketing, in Mid Europe: fairs and events in Italy, Turkey, and Southern Europe for a few years. I then specialized in DGSHAPE’s dental sector, doing EMEA marketing activities since 2022.<\/p>

From 2022, I received a Global assignment at DGSHAPE: Global Digital Marketing Manager.<\/p>

I have been supporting Global Direct countries and developing digital marketing for Global, including corporate website, social media, and sales lead generation. This role has allowed me to dedicate myself to Ai and digital innovation, a field that I am deeply passionate about. My different roles and responsibilities have allowed me to experience the company 360 degrees, which is very important for understanding processes and developing projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I love the air of innovation I breathe and the possibilities to test new business models and realize projects from ideas. I like working with colleagues and retailers worldwide, and above all, I am passionate about traveling, meeting customers, and listening to their voices.<\/p>
