My name is Francesco Napolitano<\/strong>. I own the “YOUR SMILE<\/strong>” dental lab in Nola, Italy.<\/p>

When I opened the laboratory in 2012, I had already set up benches to accommodate scanners. My goal was to leverage the significant contributions these machines can make to a modern lab. In 2014, I purchased my first scanner. Since then, my laboratory has expanded at a remarkable and rapid rate, both in terms of workload and opportunities.<\/p>

In 2016, I invested in a milling machine, specifically a DWX 5-axis DGSHAPE<\/strong>. This opened up a whole new world for me. Having access to a wide variety of materials and having them readily available in my lab has been instrumental in the continued growth of my business. Being able to offer doctors a wide range of applications in different materials and having an in-house milling machine has allowed us to conduct tests, create specimens, and monitor the entire production process by setting the parameters necessary to deliver the best possible products to dental practices.<\/p>

In 2020, we felt the need to push even further, leading us to purchase a DWX-42W<\/strong>. This decision was driven by the increasing number of dental practices sending digital impressions. Anyone who works with digital technology knows all too well how it minimizes errors. My laboratory is now fully equipped, modern, and capable of handling everything efficiently<\/strong>, whether for dry or wet dental work. We also use two types of modeling software, EXOCAD and 3shape, to manage different processes most effectively.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Can you tell us about the benefits CAD\/CAM has brought you?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since I installed CAD\/CAM in my laboratory, it has significantly accelerated various steps, both for simple and complex tasks. By matching files, I can conduct multiple checks on the same job. I have been a loyal customer for over seven years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
