I started my office in Oensingen in 2018 and have also been offering my services to customers in Zurich since 2020. The distance between the two locations has always been a challenge when managing logistics.<\/p>

Incorporating a digital workflow has made my work life much easier<\/strong>. Now, I can take an impression and send it to my lab in Oensingen. Alternatively, I can mill the implant crowns in Oensingen promptly and send them back quickly to the office in Zurich. In my lab, I used to work exclusively with E-max because Zirconia products were too opaque when milled with a wet milling device. However, after I started using the DGSHAPE DWX-52DCi<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a>, my material options expanded to include translucent zirconia, acrylic resin, and wax.<\/p>

I use software from my scanner provider, MEDIT. The STL design is then imported into the MillBox Software on my DGSHAPE<\/strong> milling machine. The most significant advantage is the \u201cbackup\u201d system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Yes, they do.<\/p>

For example, if you notice a problem with the final restoration using an analog system, you usually need to restart the entire process from the beginning. This can be frustrating for the customer, who ends up paying with his time for your mistakes. Now, with my DWX, whenever something unexpected happens with a crown or bridge, I can mill a new copy in the blink of an eye!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My machine arrived in January 2024, and my life as a dentist has vastly improved. With DGSHAPE\u2019s open architecture, I finally have \u201csoftware flexibility\u201d! I can use any software I prefer to create crowns, large bridges, or even full dentures, and my DWX-52DCi<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> will mill them flawlessly.
